Merge Tweets from previous url of same post (2 posts)

    After changing the URL of my posts, the counter for Likes and Tweets for the posts restarted from zero. Is there a way to merge the Tweets / Likes from the old url to the new url?

    Nope, that's how Facebook and Twitter store 'em, by URL.
