   I'm not sure why the plugin is picking up my blog categories as if they're tags and it's not finding the actual tags which I want to merge.

   Is there some alternate way it should find my actual tags & display them for me? If not, I won't be able to use the plugin.

   Try using the "Merge" option from the bulk actions dropdown, instead of the text fields.
