Menus: " " tab gives 404 error

    Hi,
    Using WP 3.3.1. I am unable to create a menu. When I click the “+” on the Menus page, I get a 404 error. Have disabled all plugins and used the default 2011 theme and same errors.

    All help appreciated!

    Have you tried:

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
