Menu tab as a Placeholder?

    Does anyone know how to use a menu bar at the top of the page to only drop down and not link to a page if clicked on? What I would like:
    About >>>>>> Company Profile
    >>>>>> Management Profile

    and nothing to happen if the user clicks on the About button. I know how to make the drop down menus function and I have downloaded LJ Custom Menu Links if this plugin is of use at all.
