I have a few questions, first how do i make the links in my menu have more spacing in-between them and second how would i have more padding about the links or centre them vertically.

Hey again :D
This is all done with the various nav and list selectors for the main navigation found in the grey.css you're using. We discussed a couple of them in your last thread.
Best way to get what you're looking for is to play with them until you get the look you're satisfied with.
