Menu Question

Is there anyway of making secondary drop-down menus. On my site at the current time I have a number of work samples under a samples menu. The more I add, the longer the sample list drops down the page. I want to know if there is anyway of making pages a sub-parent under a main page, but at the same time setting things so that the sub-parent only appears as a sub-heading in the main menu and cannot be accessed in its own right.

It would look like this – Samples – Law– Item 1, Item 2, Item 3, etc. However, the Law page itself could not be accessed.

Any ideas?
