Menu Question

Can someone please help me determine how I can make my “Recipe Index” in my menu do a Drop-down menu just like my “About Us” has. I want it so that each Category we have is listed in the drop-down menu. As it is now, users have to click on “Recipe Index” which brings them to a page I created which is just basic text with the category titles with hyperlinks that will then take them to the all the category posts relating to whichever hyperlink they select. I want to skip that entire step and have them be able to go to the category they choose directly from the drop down menu. My theme is Twenty Ten and the website is: http://www.livelovepasta.com
