    Hi There,

Not sure if this is a common issue but if using the theme on my HTC One the theme shrinks the menu down to a clickable/expandable menu, that turns the screen black. A screen refresh allows brings the page back, but you are unable to choose any other page except the homepage.

Are you aware of this, and if so is there a fix please?

  • I remember when ios7 came out for iphone that it somehow affected the menu making the menu links white on a white background. My guess is that it was the browser version for ios7. I am going to guess that something about the HTC phone is causing the issue you are experiencing. This is also the first someone has mentioned about the HTC phone and my theme.

As for a fix…unfortunately this is really not possible because I do not have a matching phone to test on. Does this happen with any of my other themes?

    Hi mate,

Happens on all small screen devices. The site is http://www.lions-telecom-services.com please check.

I have purchased your upgraded version, just struggling to install it, was hoping it would be a simple migration but i need to add in all the widgets etc and it is quite daunting.

I just looked at your site in my iphone and the menu is looks fine there. The menu has no black styles, so again, this must have something related to how HTC’s OS (probably the browser as well) is displaying the menu.

As I mentioned, I do not have an HTC phone so I cannot fix it without being able to recode the menu and test in that device. You also mentioned it does this on “all small devices”, but other than your HTC phone, what other devices are you referring to, as well, the browsers being used on them?

Doe the Celestial Reloaded do the same in your phone?

I was playing around yesterday evening and i think it had something to do with the permalinks, not sure why but i reloaded them and the menu did not blacken out.

We can mark this as resolved now, thank you for your help mate.
