Can you take the header.php file from the original theme and paste it over your website’s header.php file?
That does bring a menu in, but it’s all over the place. This is the themes original header.php, I’ve tried modifying it to looks more like my old (tried matching up the container ID, etc)

Are you using a Child Theme?
No, the theme I’m using is in the OP.

You should really avoid modifying the theme’s files. You can end up compromising the theme and your modifications will erase when the theme updates.
Instead make your modifications through a Child Theme.
I’m sorry but as you are using a commercially supported theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers.

We better listen to the moderator, sorry.
I’m sorry that the theme’s developer does not not appear to support his/her theme any longer but we do not support themes that were not downloaded from wordpress.org. It is not our place to keep theme developers in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.
I an only suggest that you consider switching to another theme.
It’s a free theme. I’ll just figure it out myself.
I understand that it is a free theme but the wordpress.org support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on wordpress.org. Not for themes downloaded from other, often commercial, sites.

To anyone finding this via Google I solved this by deleting all my menus and starting fresh.
just delete some vigets from “Site description”
