   i am using " 'n blue " theme from PixelNet(http://www.pixelnetltd.info/), when i use this, the menu suddenly becomes horizontal and moves out of the page...it works perfectly on other themes though

   The menu style (what it looks like, how it behaves, the link colors, font size, layout placement and other presentation-oriented issues) are/is determined by solely your theme style sheet - change the style-sheet CSS to work with the classes used by the NAVT plugin to create what you expect. The plugin does not presuppose, determine or dictate presentation. It creates a unordered list of HTML anchors (a.k.a. links).
