   i keep adding internal pages/catagories to the menu,
   however only the external/custom url's are being shown

   infact, they all work initially,
   but after i reload the page, only the custom urls are saved.
   im using the 20.11 theme

   Turn off all your plugins and test again.

   Also are you using RC2 or a SVN build?
