   Hi WhiteShadow,
   I recently updated another plugin Magic Gallery http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/magic-gallery/. And now am unable to view any of the menu items in the list. Any idea what would cause this conflict?

   Hmm, I can't replicate the problem. I've installed both plugins on a test site and the menu editor works fine.

   For reference, here are the plugin versions I used:
   - Admin Menu Editor 1.1.3
   - Magic Gallery 2.0

   Gosh I have no idea what would cause that than. Is there a class that I should look out for or a function that's called..?

   do you get any jquery errors in your browser inspector ?

   I've found a solution to my similar issue by turning off javascript concaténation (look in my topic), maybe it could help
