Menu is destroying

Hi Guys,

I have a small problem in my menu, in the index.php menu works fine : http://ccp.gov.tr/ccp/#

but in other posts and pages it’s destroying :S http://ccp.gov.tr/ccp/hirvatistan-turkiyeden-ortak-ariyor/

Even the index page and the others posts use the same header !
