Menu in 3.0 doesn't work right for multiple levels (4 posts)

I am on 3.0 RC1. I created a menu very easily BUT I want to go two levels down. Let's say that the top level is Main, the next level down is Level 1 and the next level down is Level 2. The problem is that my Level 2 items are displaying to the right of my Level 1 "parent," instead of below the Level 1 item.

    Anyone else seeing this?

    Thanks

  2. I think I need a visual here...

    I have this:

    Menu 1
      Sub 1.1
      Sub 1.2
        SubSub 1.2.1
    Menu 2
      Sub 2.1
      Sub 2.2
    Menu 3
    etc
    etc
    etc

    What are you getting?

I am getting all of the entries but in your example SubSub 1.2.1 is displayed directly to the right of Sub 1.2 and not under it.

I have changed the css in order that it works correctly; i.e., SubSub 1.2.1 displays under and to the right of Sub 1.2 but I question whether that was necessary. I can't believe that this wasn't tested before production. If you want to see the menu go to http://www.azvoices.com and mouse the "Send an Email" menu item.

    Thanks

That's the way it's supposed to work:

Having the second level come off to the side is actually the standard way of designing drop down menus:
