Hi,

When I clicked the show menu option for logged in users, it only shows on certain random pages. Sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn’t.

Any advice for that?

Not really. Please disable other plugins and test with the standard theme to confirm the problem is originating with Nav Menu Roles.
