I can´t modify anymore the plugin options. Everytime I make a change and save it, it returns a screwed screen menu, and doesn´t save anything. In the good side, that doesn´t touch the db, and reloading the web shows everything fine, but with the options unchanged.

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying here ("screws web"?), but when the menu editor page looks screwed up it's usually because there's a JavaScript error somewhere on the page or one of the required scripts has not been loaded.
Check your browser's JS console for error messages while on the editor page. Here's how to open the console:
