I am not sure what changed in the past couple of days, but I am now unable to drag my menu items into an order (after previously having no problems). When I click and hold an item and try to move it, a number of dotted outline boxes start appearing on screen at the menu item’s current location, until I release the mouse.

Checking Error Console in Firefox shows this error on Menu admin page load:
“m.last is not a function” within the source file load-scripts.php.

This error appears when trying to drag the menu item:
“uncaught exception [Exception… ‘Node cannot be inserted at the specified point in the hierarchy’ code:’3′ nresult:’0x80530003 (NS_ERROR_DOM_HIERARCHY_REQUEST_ERR)’ location:’/load-script.php?c=1&load=jquery,utils,nav-menu&ver=b8d6e4d4d963c8ebd861547d2234f159 Line:957′”

Did I somehow lose a required JS include or something? Not sure why this WAS working, but now is not.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks so much!

It looks like this is a jquery version issue.

I had switched to 1.3.2 to make Gallerific function properly on the front end (it’s buggy using jquery 1.4.2).

But it appears that 1.4.2 is necessary for (at least) the menu drag-and-drop functionality on the back end.

    Oh well!
