Could you go to Appearance > Menus in your dashboard, and make sure that you've assigned a menu to the Primary menu area?

Let me know if it helps.

I believe I do have it assigned. When visiting the website in regular desktop view it works just fine but once I view in mobile it doesn't work. It doesn't come up as a link/menu style. Only text form with an arrow point down but option to open it up.

Could you try to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, and let me know if you find a plugin that would conflict with the mobile menu?

I also noticed that you're using a plugin named WordPress.com Stats smiley removed; it's worth noting that this smiley can be removed by clicking on "Configure" under the Stats module in the Jetpack menu; you do not need an extra plugin to remove this smiley.

So I tried your suggestion and it nothing changed.

Also I removed the extra plugin. Thank you for letting me know where I could turn it off.

Could you try to delete the Jetpack plugin, and reinstall it? The menu items seem to be there, but something blocks the menu from opening when tapping on it.

Let me know if it helps.

I figured out what the problem is. When I was editing the footer.php to change what I wanted to say at the bottom of the page in mobile; it causes the menu to not work. So I might of changed or removed something to cause that effect.

I guess I'll have to try and figure out how to be able to keep the menu working and also have what I want at the bottom.

I guess I'll have to try and figure out how to be able to keep the menu working and also have what I want at the bottom.

You should be able to add your own custom content to the footer of the mobile theme by following this tutorial:
    http://jetpack.me/2013/06/27/customize-mobile-theme/#throughactionsandfilters

You'll need to replace the jetpackme_author_image function I mentioned in my example by a function including the content you want to add to the footer of your site.
Then, instead of adding this function to the_content, you can add it to wp_footer.

    I hope this helps.

Thank you for your help. I was able to tweak it to have the menu working and also the content in the footer the way I want it.

Thank you very much for your patience. :)

    Have a great day!!
