  • In your menu the text you want to show needs to be entered in either Navigation Label and Title Attribute. This is under Appearance>Menu then expand each menu header

    Hey deanfp.

I have added the text in the correct place, as indicated in the tutorial given by onedesigns (the theme designer) and turned on or off etc everything as indicated in their guide.

Onedesigns seem to have gone ‘dead’ – no replies to queries, so I’m hoping people out here have a solution or suggestion for why following the instructions don’t get the end result. e.g. another plugin or widget which conflicts.

which menu items do you have the text on?

Had a look at your css and all looks fine. It looks like its a wp-cache issue.

    Try downloading this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/

then delete the cache see if that fixes the issue.

Menu descriptions should be across the top main menu only – not on the side –
    Visitor Information
    Retail Store
    Citadel Miniatures Hall
    Bugman’s Bar
    Events
    Event Tickets

I will have a go with your suggestion for the cache and see where that gets us…
