After upgrading to 3.5, my menu was working fine. When I went to make a change to one of the labels, The whole menu is now truncated, in that only two top level items are displayed. Viewing the menu in the editor, previously existing menu items are no longer seen and can't be re-added. Well, I can add them, but when I save the menu they disappear.

I had four top level menu items with a LOT of submenu items and multiple submenus. Right now only 82 are displayed in the menu editor I'm missing at least a half dozen others and can't seem to fix this.

NOW what did I do?? Auuughhh.

    A little help? please?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

    Deactivated ALL plug-ins. No change.

    FIXED.

Had read an earlier topic on maximum number of variables allowed by the webhost affecting the number of menu items possible.

I removed six submenu items. I added back the three critical ones. Success.

I had been hoping there was newer information available as this 'feature' of WordPress has been an open issue since v3.0

*Runs off to address suhosin.post.max_vars issues with host*

    Thank you for your help!

    Jim.
