Menu bar oddity

I have a dropdown from the Treatments tab, but I need to make the actual “Treatment” tab a null link. How do I do it please? Also, the next button along, Camps Abroad, links to the Treatments page and vice versa. Not sure how to correct this. Any help very welcome. Thanks
