    1) How can i add a menu-name that doesnt do anything if you click on it, but it shows subs that are clockable.

    Example menu:
    Car
    >car tires
    >car doors
    You cant click on car, but you can click on car tires and car doors.

    2) How can i give my menu a colour hover, that when you hover over the menu it gets a block or circle around it. And when you click on it and go to that page, you can see it in the menu, because now your page in menu is coloured.

    #1: at apperance > menu you can set a CUSTOM LINKS
    give it a name (i.e. Car) and the set http:// link to #
    this way you will get an item to place in your wordpress menu which does not link to anything.

    #2: this depends on your theme and requires additional CSS rules.

    something like
    #header .main-menu li a:hover {border: 1px solid #000;}
