    I am running the Brand New Day theme on my word press site but the theme dose not allow the menu at the top of the site and i would like the menu at the top and is there any way that it could be done without a child theme and if it dose then how do you make a child theme without using a database program on my computer.
    EXTRA: i am using a multisite

    But i don't want to create a folder in my database. Plus i am using a multi-site but will it effect it?

    I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this sorry. You don't have to touch your site's database in order to create a child theme. You do, however, have to create another folder in the "themes" directory. All the info you need on this can be found here:

    Nope, child themes work the same on multi-site installations. :)
