This seems to be the only plugin with issues:
atal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in ~/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/SK2/sk2_plugins/sk2_javascript_plugin.php
anyone else have problems with their upgrade?

The same happened to me (I upgraded yesterday):
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77824 bytes) in /usr/home/web/wno76445/danmichael/wp-content/plugins/SK2/sk2_plugins/sk2_rbl_plugin.php on line 327
I guess this might only occur on low-cost web hotels with 8 mb memory limit, but still, 8 mb should be enough, so I think this is an issue.
