Membership Custom Options Glitch?

    I’m trying to add Registration/Profile field options to s2member. When I type all the information in in the dashboard area and click create registration field, nothing happens. I let it sit for a while and nothing happens. If I click the button again though, it says that that unique field ID has already been created. But it does not exist anywhere 🙁

    Any help would be appreciated 🙁
