Membership and Event registration plugin

Hi,

I’m looking for a plugin that can handle event registration and membership registration at the same time. Basically, I need the user to be able to upgrade to a premium member while registering for an event. The user becomes a basic member if they just register for an event with the option to upgrade latter. Premium membership allows for the user to upgrade videos. Is there a plugin that can handle this or do i need to do some custom work to integrate a membership plugin and event registration plugin?
