Member area (login give acess to specific pages)

Hi,
I’m looking for a solution to make a client area. On login, each member would have acess to specific pages.
For exemple, Joe would have acess to the “Joe website project page” and would not see any other pages.

I searched on Internet and I found this article that seems interesting: Limiting visibily
Would it be a starting point? I don’t want to post only to be protected. I would like them to don’t appear if you are not login or if you are, you must be the right user.
