MeeNews: unsubscribe link in mail doesn’t work

MeeNews is a nice plugin to send newsletters. Works fine by me.
But, the Unsubscribe link doesn’t work in the email.

It makes this:
<a href="%7Bconfirmationurl%7D">

where it should be this:
<a href="{confirmationurl}">

How can I prevent this change? I searched a lot for answers, but I can not find any.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
