   Ever since I upgraded my blogs from v2.9 to v3.0 and now v3.1, the media uploader doesn't seem to be working.

   When I try upoading an image I get this error:

   “11213124.png” has failed to upload due to an error
   Unable to create directory /home/xxx/public_html/blogfolder/wp-content/uploads/2011/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"

   When I checked it in the server, it hadn't even created the "2011" folder in "uploads" folder. I manually created the "2011" folder under "uploads" and even the "04" under the "2011" folder and gave it 777 mode permissions, however I still get this error when uploading media files.

   Is there a way to make this work again?

   Thank you Samir, it worked.

   Do you by any chance have a link for something similar for a WP MS site?
