Media Settings/Photos did not transfer

    I successfully completed the transition from a wordpress.com hosted site to a self-hosted wordpress.org site (using Blue Host). My content moved over, but the photos did not. When I go to the Media Settings page, there is no folder for Media (photos). Do I need to install a plug-in?
