    Does it happen with all plugins deactivated/default theme?

    Yup. Still happens when I turn off all of the plugins and use the original (not child) theme :-/

    Have you tried:

    – switching to the default 2014 theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
