Media Organization Plugin?

    First off, I really hope this is the right forum to ask this.

    I’m building a website using WordPress, and the site is going to have a very large amount (1,000 at least) of Photos. I’m looking for some suggestions on plugins that could be used to organize the media library in WordPress. Whether it’s a system to tag photos, put them in “folders” in the GUI for the media library, or some other method to help organize the content for the users of the site’s CMS.
