   Hi,

   My host was attacked on October 1st, 2011.
   I have to rebuilt all my entries. However, some of files in the wp-contents/upload has also been wiped.

   I managed to recover the latest database and luckily all my entries was saved. However, due to the media contents mismatched, I cant delete the 'missing media' at the Media Library.

   After I clicked Delete, it will redirect me to the Error 404 page.

   Can anybody guide me how to remove the missing items in my Media Library.

   problem solved by reinstalling WordPress via dashboard
