I've just updated my site to WP 2.8, and now, I can't correctly upload files to the media library anymore, at least, within WP. Images do not display a thumbnail, and when I preview pages including the uploaded images nothing gets displayed. Just an empty blog page. Images do however display when linking to an external location (i.e. when I choose add an image --> from URL). I just chose the location where the file uploader uploaded the file, and it worked. So it's not a permissions problem or anything. So, files get uploaded correctly to the server, but WP doesn't handle them correctly.
I'm not sure what information to provide you with, my blog's location is in my profile, if you need anything more, just ask.
