   Hi

   I have just been given the responsibility to modify a website from another user.

   There are some media files with names like Voice10 rather than the title of the lecture that it plays.

   Where are these files actually stored? Can I change the filenames to keep the library clean and in order?

   In wp-content/uploads.

   No - not without deleting and re-uploading them with changed filenames.
