Media insert icons vanished

Can you make sure you were not logged in as a subscriber or contributor? You must be logged in as an author or higher level to have access to media upload functions.

Disable any plugins you may have installed recently and see if one of them is interfering with the media icons. Also, you can check the source code to see if it’s even displaying. My container div is called ‘media-buttons’.
