Media Gallery wp-uploads folder ISSUE

So I have images in my wp-uploads folder that I have uploaded for WP-Cycle. It saves all images uploaded to wp-uploads. But, for whatever reason, those images don’t show up in my gallery.

I would like to be able to use those images elsewhere on the site. I can access them by writing a path to them; but that’s a pain.

Is there a way I can make the media area show images uploaded to my wp-uploads folder?
