Support » Plugin: WP2Cloud » Media Gallery not rendering correctly

  • I am trying to create a page with a media gallery on it. the uploads seem to be working and the media library correctly reflects the images I have uploaded. However When the page renders the gallery the url for the thumbnail is correct, but the url for the full image is not correct. This prevents users from seeing the full images from the gallery. It looks like when the gallery is rendered it is assuming that the thumbnail and the full image are in the same S3 folder and for some reason that is not the case.

Here is a sample non functioning page that demonstrates the problem.

    Hi mstueck,

Thank you for reporting the issue!

This seems to be the case.

Could you provide the name of the plugins that you use for the gallery?

sorry for the delayed response. I really appreciate your help.

I have FancyBox for WordPress plugin and I have the iFeature Pro 5 theme from cyberchimps.

I have other plugins but I dont think any of those would be messing with the gallery functionality.
    they are:
    akismet
    Always Edit in HTML
    Duplicator
    Post Types Order
    Root Relative URLs
    Simple Google Analytics

FancyBox works well with WP2Cloud (we have it installed on our ready-to-run WordPress machine image). The other plugins look unrelated indeed.

I would suspect there is something about the theme. Could you contact support (at) oblaksoft (dot) com, so that we could debug the issue?
