Media Gallery has no option to reorder Gallery in WP 3.6

In my media library, many of my photos have a parent page they are attached to. The result is a gallery of thumbnails that are in order. I use this logic to create a click-through for the full sized photos. Now I need to reorder this list, and nowhere do a find this in 3.6. It used to be an option. Does anyone know what the status of this is? I don’t want to use NextGen or some other non-native gallery because I would have to redo everything.

Once you click on one, you go to the next one. This first one needs to be 9th now:
