I can't seem to find a fix for this in other forums... maybe it's a bug.

In my wordpress installation, I have recently run into a problem - I can't access my media files.
When I go to the Media Library, I should see several files I've uploaded since I started this site; Instead I see the text "No Media Attachments Found." And seeing as the images I uploaded still are showing up on the site, and above the error message it still lists "All (19)" etc, I think they're still there.

I have the same problem when I am making a new post and want to insert an image; no images show up.

Hope this gets fixed soon, and if it's just me... well... help xD

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    - re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

And so I found the problem. It is, in fact, one of my plugins. Thanks for the helpful reply. <3

Just within the last couple of days I have not been able to access my media files. If I want to add a pic that has already been uploaded to my wordpress I get this message:

    http://mssparky.com/images/MediaFiles.jpg

All the pics are showing up in my posts.

I tried deactivating and reactivating my plug-ins

    Any ideas?

@kikirini do you know which plugin it was?

The plugin that was messing up my media files was WP E-Commerce. I asked about it over at their official site, and it can be fixed (at least in my case) with the Hotfix plugin. Hope this helps :)
