   Hi,

   When I insert image with Media Library it add automatically the "class" attibutes i.e. "aligncenter size-medium wp-image-627"

   The first I can understand but what is the meaning of the rest of the definitions?

   in admin section > settings > miscellaneous you will find "image size" options. this is the location for also controlling sizes in custom fields in the post admin area.

   on my site my default upload size is "medium"

   wp-image-627 is the ID for the image uploaded. even if you can have an absolute path for an image you may be required to also have the correct image ID or you get a path that is broken.
