   When setting the MAX POSTS field in options>reading to 10 we find the front page still includes all posts? What are we missing here?

   Maybe a plugin causing the problem?

   That's the funny part. We don't have any plugins installed.

   Take that back...it is a plugin...trying to get it fixed now..plugin is for WP 1.5
