Max Number of Menu Items in WP

    Hi,

    At trancefamily.net I am trying to add new menu items, at various cat/sub cat levels in the backend, I add them, click save, they are listed in the backend under appearance/menu, + appear on the front end.

    Some time later, the newer items I have added have dissapeared, and I have to start again from scratch…

    Any idea..?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – raising this with your hosts?
