Mass adding non WP urls

    Hey,

    Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone has added a large amount of non WP urls to their sitemaps. Or created multiple sitemaps.

    I have my main WP installation with pages/posts/categories etc. All of which are in the sitemap. Then I have about 2,000 pages that are outside of the WP installation.

    I’m not sure what the best approach is as the 2,000 urls will be static and never change, but in WP I’ll be adding pages, posts etc.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Just wanted to say, added the Google-Sitemap-Generator tag as well because I would settle for a way to make this happen with either plug in.

    I tried looking at creating multiple sitemaps, but the program I’m using to generate the non WP pages is iGooMap. I can’t get it to leave the WP pages out of the sitemap.

    I thought I could create one for the static pages that won’t change, and let the plugin keep the WP sitemap up to date. But I can’t leave the WP pages out of the static sitemap generator.

    Still looking for a good solution, but I’ll share if I find something…
