Masonry sizes and margins

Hi, first of all, thank you for the plugin

I’m using masonry style and I have problems to adjust the sizes of the gallery to align corretly respect the rest of the page. I’m using twentytwelve theme.

I need to ciontrol de size of images and margins. Is possible?
