Mapping for gender

Unfortunately, that’s not currently a supported feature. It is already on my request list and may be added to a future update, but I don’t have an ETA for it. I should mention that doing this is likely to be error prone as your profile fields must match the format of the data Facebook returns exactly, which they *could* change at any time – which is why I didn’t support it originally.
