I have everything installed and activated on the site now.

Upon running a trial I have noticed that the map does not display and seem to "search" for the store I have entered.

Any quick help would be appreciated.

Always share your site URL when posting and issue like this.

There is probably a server-side error on the AJAX lookup. I use firefox with the firebug plugin and look at the console to check for this. IE and Chrome also have developer tools built in that you can turn on and look for the console.

Most common issues are JavaScript conflicts or server side permission errors on the AJAX listeners built into WordPress.

JavaScript is crashing on your site and causing future scripts to fail, including the SLP script. This is NOT an SLP error message. It is from your theme or another plugin.

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'datepicker'

How would I be able to find out what is causing this?

If I could fix broken themes & plugins from within my plugin I'd be a gazillionaire. Unfortunately I can't (and shouldn't) be tweaking other code that is not "mine". Actually I *could* as WordPress is built on PHP and PHP is very easy to manipulate from "inside" but it is NOT a good idea.

You'll need to get in touch with the theme author and have them patch it. There will be all sorts of odd side effects, one of which is the AJAX listener behaving erratically and breaking. That will always kill SLP but will also cause other things to break. As more & more plugins and themes become "responsive" (typically via AJAX) this will become more problematic for your site.
