That URL is down, but there are a number of known problems with Theme Forest themes. It sounds like the theme is preventing the Google Maps API from loading.

I don't recall this theme on the "naughty" list, but based on the description is sounds like a candidate.

    BTW, the URL is offline.

You have multiple invocations of the Google Maps API getting started on your site and they are fighting. At least 1 from the USA an 1 from Australia.

You can try the "turn off SLP Google Maps" under the General Settings tab in SLP. I put this in a recent release for themes that have their own Google Maps API or for sites that are using competing plugins.

I can't speak for other themes/plugins, but you can at least turn off the SLP Google Maps loader and take that one "out of the fight".

Let me know if it works. I've only tested it on my dev system in a very controlled environment.

    Thanks for the reply.

I turned of the SLP option however it didn't work. I also tried removing the API key from the theme and removing the map shortcode from the theme contact page entirely. This got the map to show however it is "blank" or grey.

Is this still an issue with the theme ? Any suggestions ?

Ok got it working by both removing the api code and map shortcode from the theme.

I have got it working by using the map shortcode from the "Shortcodes Ultimate" plugin however I don't want to use it as I can't specify the default zoom or details for the address marker.

Can I invoke your plugin somehow to manually display a map on the contact page ?
