Map Not Showing At All

I am using the SREP plugin on my client’s website at http://www.marinwoodrealestateblog.com and it has not worked properly for several months now. No map appears at all now! I have checked all the settings and there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong. I even re-installed the plugin and it still doesn’t seem to work. Please help me figure out what’s happening.
