Map not showing

Downloaded SLPPLUS, inserted shortcode [SLPLUS] but map is not showing in any browser.
The home and location markers are showing but no map, just grey space.
This is my second experience with ‘store locator plus’. I used version 3.11.1 on another site, it’s been working just fine.
Your help would be much appreciated.
